Refund policy
We have a 15-day order dispute policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange & can be returnable after 4 days of Recieving
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a dispute, you can call or Whatsapp us at 0317-7000747 & 0327-2000747.
- Damaged product/wrong product
If the customer receives a damaged/used/wrong product , JFW will exchange the product with new product or refund the total amount without any deduction. (customer must have a video for proof)
If customers does not receive the same product shown in any of our videos or images, customer can apply for a refund.
- Size Issue
Customer can easily change their size, customer must inform JFW about size issue in 7 days after the parcel is delivered.
Scenario 1- If the customer receives same size he/she ordered, the charges for size exchange will be 150-250 which is set according to customer's city and weight of the product.
Scenario 2- If the customer receives different size from the one he/she ordered, Size will be exchanged without any charges or any questions asked.
- Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in your Bank Account/Jazzcash/Easypaisa within 7-10 business days.
